You can consume dong quai by drinking it in herbal tea form or by taking capsules that have been packed with the herb.
A few years ago, I had just completed a video on my YouTube channel (Stillsz6). The video was a âhow toâ about cutting a pair of jeans into capris. When I played back the video to edit it, I noticed something I had not seen before. In the video I showed several views of my body from various sides as I wore the finished product. I watched myself do a 360-degree turn. When I caught a glimpse of my backside, I almost fell out of my chair. It looked like my derriere had just about doubled in size.
I already knew my body had put on a few pound, but not enough to reflect that booty! It was quite surprising, to say the least. You see, in my family, we just werenât built like that. We were not blessed with booty, nor large, plump breasts, nor all the wonderful features that make up hourglass figuresâyou know, the kinds of figures you see walking the red carpets of Hollywood, those that stop, turn to the side, and put pressure on one leg to push up the buttocks.
Hold onâ¦wait a minute.
Most celebrity backsides are not genuine. In fact, nose jobs, boob jobs, and face lifts are extremely common in Hollywood. High-end plastic surgeons are not willing to speak on it either, so donât expect to ever get confirmation. Celebrities are not like you and me. They have the resources to schedule a plastic surgery appointment as though it were a root canal. As time goes on, plastic surgery becomes more and more common. Plastic surgery is not for me, though. It continues to be risky, and if you are taking any shortcuts or cutting any corners with surgeons due to lack of finances, the riskiness increases. That is why I will stick to my all-natural methods for changing the things I may not be happy with. This way I can improve my health while improving my body. Itâs a win-win situation.
My body has been extremely receptive to the all-natural approach, so much so that I originally didnât know I was taking steps to shape it. Iâm pleased that my body has developed curves that formed in the appropriate places.
After taking on a curvaceous figure, however, I wasnât certain what types of clothes were suitable for my shape and what complimented my newly contoured frame.
~ Buy clothes for the person in the mirror, not the reflection in your head. ~ Unknown
